1. What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to love what you ordered! If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging. For more details, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy.
2. How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account and track your order directly from there.
4. How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email with details of your purchase. If you don't receive the confirmation email, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at support@brilliancechich.com.
5. Can I change or cancel my order after it’s been placed?
Once your order has been placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes or cancellations once the order is confirmed. However, if you have any issues, please reach out to our customer service team as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
6. What should I do if I received a damaged or faulty item?
We are committed to providing high-quality products, but if you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund. Be sure to keep the item in its original packaging for inspection.

To change your account details or password, log in to your account, go to Account Settings, and make the necessary changes. If you have forgotten your password, click on the Forgot Password link on the login page.
